It's been a journey

We’ve all had to grow our skills somewhere, right? I’ve worked at boutique agencies, seen start-ups get acquired by global powerhouses, and clocked time at some of the biggest names in traditional advertising. Most recently? I’ve been leading copy at the world’s top AI-powered creative service, working with brands including Strava, Microsoft, Vimeo, and more.

My first promotion at Superside came at the two-year mark, setting me up as a Creative Lead for the first time in my career. My next promotion came eighteen months later.

 

I think this is worth calling out, as it speaks to my leadership and creative direction abilities.

Comprising eight peer-nominated individuals, the purpose of ManCo was to facilitate the relationship between ExCo and the broader WTD staff while building and maintaining culture. This position reflects my role as a culture driver within the company and the relationships I established with my peers during my time at WTD.
